In this role, you will take ownership of complex architectural challenges, mentor junior developers, and contribute to the full software development lifecycle—from design and development to deployment and maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement robust, scalable software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
- Testing & QA: Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Deployment: Participate in CI/CD pipelines, containerization strategies, and cloud infrastructure management.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript (Node.js). Experience with AWS or Azure is required.
- Databases: Strong experience with relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement efficient solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
