Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality features that meet business goals.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Optimize application performance and scalability, focusing on database queries, API latency, and front-end rendering.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and architectural design to deployment and maintenance.
- Identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues, implementing effective solutions to ensure system reliability.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on backend or full-stack development.
- Proficiency in Java, Python, or Go with extensive experience using React or Node.js for front-end integration.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, SQL, and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with cloud infrastructure platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong grasp of software design patterns, algorithms, and data structures.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in an Agile/Scrum environment.
