Responsibilities
- Architect and implement microservices using Java/Spring Boot and Python
- Optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS/GCP with DevOps best practices
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical workshops
- Develop CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Conduct performance testing and implement security protocols
- Lead agile ceremonies and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Java/Python
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization
- Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Experience with CI/CD tools and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform)
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent technical certification
- Proven ability to lead technical projects and mentor teams
