Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust software applications using modern technologies and frameworks.
- Lead architecture reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and technical guidance.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues in production environments.
- Stay current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to drive innovation within the team.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency in at least two major programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#, or Go).
- Deep experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Expertise in database management systems (SQL and NoSQL) and RESTful API design.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on scalability and security.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
