Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using modern frameworks and best practices.
- Lead architecture discussions and contribute to technical roadmaps for complex projects.
- Perform code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers to ensure code quality.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve critical production issues efficiently.
- Optimize application performance and ensure scalability for high-traffic environments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency in languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
