In this role, you will lead the design and implementation of complex web applications, ensuring our platform remains robust and scalable in a rapidly evolving market.
Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Design and develop scalable, maintainable, and secure software architecture for enterprise-level applications.
- Code Leadership: Write high-quality, clean, and well-documented code while conducting thorough code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve complex technical issues, bottlenecks, and performance inefficiencies within the existing codebase.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define requirements and deliver features on time.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers, provide technical guidance, and foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
- Testing & QA: Implement rigorous testing strategies including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing to ensure product reliability.
- Deployment: Participate in CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices to streamline the deployment process.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience, preferably in a full-stack or backend engineering role.
- Languages: Proficiency in modern programming languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or Java.
- Frameworks: Strong experience with front-end frameworks (React, Vue, Angular) and backend technologies (Node.js, Spring Boot, Django).
- Database Skills: Expertise in SQL and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Tools: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to work in agile environments, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
