Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable, high-performance software solutions using modern programming languages (Java, Python, or JavaScript).
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Conduct thorough code reviews, write clean and maintainable code, and mentor junior developers to ensure high technical standards.
- Optimize application performance, security, and reliability in a cloud-based environment.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
- Troubleshoot complex bugs and system issues in production environments, ensuring minimal downtime.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a professional setting.
- Strong proficiency in at least one primary programming language (Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
