Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality software applications using modern languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Baltimore and Virginia to define, design, and ship new features.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to post-launch support.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript (React/Vue/Angular preferred).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Strong understanding of database systems (SQL, NoSQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
