Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance software applications using modern technologies.
- Lead architectural decisions and drive technical strategy for complex projects.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure engineering excellence.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver features.
- Optimize application performance, ensure security, and implement best practices for CI/CD pipelines.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a cloud-based environment.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, Java, Go, or TypeScript.
- Strong experience with front-end frameworks (React, Vue, Angular) and RESTful API design.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of working in distributed, remote teams.
