Responsibilities
- Design & Architecture: Architect and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions.
- Development: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in modern languages (Java, Python, or JavaScript).
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define feature requirements and technical specifications.
- Code Review: Conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure code quality, security standards, and best practices are followed.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and contribute to the technical growth of the team.
- Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Testing: Develop and maintain automated unit and integration tests.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in at least one major programming language (Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript).
- Frameworks: Experience with modern web frameworks (Spring Boot, React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Database: Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- DevOps: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a focus on delivering results.
