- Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to ensure high application uptime and speed.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and conduct code reviews to foster a culture of learning.
- Testing: Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests to guarantee system stability.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Node.js, and SQL databases.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to debug complex issues.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
