Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable software solutions using modern technologies.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams of product managers, designers, and engineers to define and deliver features.
- Conduct code reviews, provide technical mentorship to junior developers, and contribute to the engineering culture.
- Identify and resolve technical debt while implementing best practices for CI/CD and automated testing.
- Optimize application performance and ensure seamless user experiences across all platforms.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development with a focus on full-stack or backend engineering.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, Go, or JavaScript (Node.js).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL) and data modeling.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
