Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-performance software solutions using modern technologies (e.g., Java, Python, Go).
- Architect scalable microservices and APIs to support our growing user base in both the public and private sectors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define feature requirements and technical specifications.
- Maintain code quality, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of excellence.
- Troubleshoot complex system issues and implement robust security protocols.
- Optimize application performance and ensure 99.9% uptime across all deployed environments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in Software Engineering or Full Stack Development.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript and familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.
- Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL solutions (MongoDB, DynamoDB).
- Demonstrated ability to work remotely or in a hybrid environment across different time zones.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
