Responsibilities
- Design and implement production-ready ML pipelines using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch
- Optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) for distributed training and inference
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and architectural planning
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Lead CI/CD automation and DevOps best practices
- Contribute to open-source projects and publish research findings
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in production software engineering
- Expertise in Python, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Proven track record with ML frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch) and MLOps
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills and system design abilities
