Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines serving 10M+ daily users
- Lead development of distributed systems using Go, Python, and Kubernetes
- Optimize ML models for real-time inference at 99.99% uptime SLA
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical workshops
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Contribute to open-source projects and represent QuantumLeap at tech conferences
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience (MS/PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in production-level ML system development
- Expertise in Python, Go, and containerized architectures (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems
- Proven track record of shipping high-impact software products
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and MLOps tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills and passion for AI innovation
