- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to ensure code quality and best practices.
- Mentor junior engineers and interns, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into technical specifications.
- Troubleshoot complex system issues and optimize application performance for speed and reliability.
- Ensure application security and compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on full-stack or backend engineering.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Java is required.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Familiarity with modern development frameworks (e.g., React, Node.js, Spring Boot).
- Strong understanding of databases (SQL and NoSQL) and data modeling.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
