Responsibilities
- Design and maintain complex data models and ETL pipelines to support business intelligence reporting.
- Collect, clean, and validate large datasets to ensure high-quality data for analysis.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and data architectures.
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or Power BI to communicate findings effectively.
- Perform deep-dive statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations) to identify key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Present data-driven insights and recommendations to executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (writing complex queries, joins, and stored procedures).
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Expert knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
