Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices using Java/Spring Boot and AWS cloud infrastructure
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers through pair programming sessions
- Optimize database performance using PostgreSQL and Redis caching strategies
- Develop CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Implement security best practices including OAuth2 and JWT authentication
- Contribute to open-source projects and present technical findings at quarterly innovation showcases
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience (5+ years professional development)
- Expertise in Java, Python, and modern JavaScript frameworks (React/Node.js)
- Strong understanding of cloud architectures (AWS/GCP) and containerization technologies
- Proven track record of delivering scalable RESTful APIs and event-driven systems
