Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance microservices using cloud technologies (AWS/GCP)
- Lead code reviews and architectural discussions to ensure best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions
- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and knowledge sharing
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation practices

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Expertise in Java, Python, and modern JavaScript frameworks (React/Node.js)
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Proficiency with relational (SQL) and NoSQL databases
- Experience with Agile methodologies and CI/CD tools (Jenkins/GitLab)
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and system design capabilities
