Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-performance microservices using Java/Python and AWS cloud infrastructure
- Lead code reviews and enforce best practices for CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins/GitHub Actions
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and technical workshops
- Optimize database performance for PostgreSQL and MongoDB clusters

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend software development with Java or Python
