Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-performance, scalable backend systems serving millions of users
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical guidance

- Optimize system performance using profiling tools and performance testing
- Collaborate with product managers to define technical requirements and roadmaps

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with cloud-native applications
- Expert proficiency in at least one modern language (Java, Python, Go, or Rust)
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and RESTful APIs
- Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle ambiguous technical challenges
- Previous experience leading technical projects and mentoring team members
- Portfolio demonstrating complex system design and implementation
