Responsibilities
- Lead development of microservices using Go and Kubernetes
- Design and implement secure API integrations for financial systems
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Optimize system performance using distributed tracing tools
- Contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements using Jenkins and Terraform
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in backend development with Go or Java
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and container orchestration
- Strong knowledge of RESTful API design and security best practices
- Experience with fintech or payment systems preferred
- Proficient in testing frameworks (JUnit, Go Test)
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
