Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-performance microservices using Java, Python, and Go
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization and DevOps practices using AWS and Kubernetes
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and architectural discussions
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Implement robust security protocols and compliance standards for cloud infrastructure
- Drive performance tuning and scalability improvements for distributed systems
- Contribute to open-source projects and stay current with emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience (MS preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in full-stack development with cloud-native applications
- Expertise in at least one modern framework (React, Angular, or Vue)
- Strong background in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform)
- Proven track record of designing RESTful APIs and event-driven architectures
- Experience with Agile methodologies and Jira/Confluence workflows
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to optimize complex systems
- CI/CD proficiency including Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or CircleCI
