Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices using Go and Kubernetes in AWS
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using Terraform and Jenkins
- Develop secure REST APIs with GraphQL for fintech applications
- Mentor 3+ engineers through code reviews and architecture sessions
- Optimize database performance in PostgreSQL and Redis
- Drive A/B testing for product features using Amplitude
- Contribute to open-source projects and technical blog content
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Go/Java
- Expertise in cloud-native architecture (AWS/GCP)
- Strong foundation in distributed systems and data structures
- Proficiency in containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Experience with fintech security compliance (PCI-DSS)
- Track record of shipping production-grade services
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
