Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable cloud-based applications using modern frameworks
- Lead weekend sprint planning and execution with cross-functional Agile teams
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code solutions
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers
- Optimize system performance and security protocols
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Document architecture decisions and maintain technical documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of software development experience with cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Proficiency in at least one modern language (Python, Java, Go, or C#)
- Strong experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and microservices
- Proven ability to deliver results in remote team environments
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience with weekend shift work or flexible schedules preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
