Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex ETL pipelines and data models to support business intelligence reporting.
- Perform advanced statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical data specifications.
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all data repositories.
- Conduct A/B testing and experimental analysis to validate product changes and feature rollouts.
- Present findings and data-driven recommendations to executive leadership in a clear, concise manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data science.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Redshift) for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong programming skills in Python or R for data manipulation and automation.
- Proven experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and big data technologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
