Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices using Go and Python for high-throughput AI processing pipelines
- Lead cloud infrastructure optimization on AWS/GCP, focusing on Kubernetes and Terraform
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and architectural planning sessions
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitLab CI for automated testing and deployment
- Conduct performance profiling and system tuning for sub-50ms latency requirements
- Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to technical documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience with 5+ years in backend development
- Expertise in Go, Python, and distributed systems design patterns
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and container orchestration
- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch) and data processing pipelines
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, gRPC, and event-driven architectures
- Proficiency in testing frameworks (PyTest, GoMock) and TDD methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills with system design experience at scale
