Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance software solutions using Java and Spring Boot.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure best practices for code quality and security.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and implement robust error handling and logging mechanisms.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), from planning to deployment.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development with a strong focus on backend engineering.
- Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot frameworks.
- Experience with SQL and database optimization (PostgreSQL or MySQL).
- Familiarity with AWS (EC2, S3, RDS) or cloud services.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment.
