Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices using Java/Spring Boot and AWS
- Lead code reviews and enforce best practices across the engineering team
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex production issues
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and knowledge sharing sessions
- Contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements using Jenkins and Docker
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in object-oriented software development
- Expert proficiency in Java and Spring Framework
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design and GraphQL
- Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS)
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and CI/CD practices
