Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices using Java/Spring Boot and AWS
- Lead code reviews and drive CI/CD pipeline optimization
- Collaborate with Product and UX teams to define technical requirements
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and architecture sessions
- Troubleshoot complex production issues with 24/7 on-call rotation
- Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis for new features
- Contribute to technical documentation and API specifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years building distributed systems at scale
- Expertise in Java, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP)
- Strong background in RESTful API development and testing
- Experience with Agile methodologies and Jira/Confluence
- Proven track record of mentoring technical teams
