Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and develop robust, scalable, and secure software solutions using modern technologies.
- Lead code reviews, provide technical mentorship to junior engineers, and drive best practices in software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers to define product requirements and deliver high-quality features.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring zero downtime and seamless user experiences under high load.
- Identify technical risks early in the development process and propose mitigation strategies.
- Contribute to the technical roadmap, suggesting architectural improvements and technology stack enhancements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on backend or full-stack development.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go, and modern frameworks (React, Node.js, Spring).
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of database systems (SQL and NoSQL) and data modeling.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues in production environments.
