Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices using Go and Python for high-availability cloud infrastructure
- Optimize distributed systems handling 10M+ daily API transactions
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and technical workshops
- Lead CI/CD pipeline improvements using Kubernetes and Terraform
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and security audits
- Document complex system architectures for cross-team alignment
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Go/Python
- Expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP) and container orchestration
- Proven track record building scalable APIs with REST/gRPC
- Strong background in distributed systems and data modeling
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
