Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud-native applications using Java/Spring Boot and React
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers while ensuring high-quality technical standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and optimize system performance for 99.9% uptime
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technology stack evolution
- Document technical specifications and create comprehensive API documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with Java and JavaScript frameworks
- Proficiency in AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda) and container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful API design
- Experience with Agile methodologies and Jira/Confluence for project management
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in remote settings
