Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define feature requirements and technical specifications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code through rigorous code reviews and testing.
- Optimize application performance, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and implement scalable fixes.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement within the engineering department.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including planning, design, implementation, and post-launch support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency in languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithmic thinking.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team setting.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
