Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets using SQL and Python to ensure data integrity for reporting.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau and Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Product) to identify data requirements and answer critical business questions.
- Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis to forecast trends, identify patterns, and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Document data processes and create comprehensive data governance reports for internal stakeholders.
- Present complex analytical findings to non-technical audiences in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of proven experience in Data Analysis or Business Intelligence roles.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (Querying, Joins, Stored Procedures) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data insights into business value.
