Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets using SQL and Python to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Design and maintain interactive, high-level dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to visualize KPIs and trends.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Finance) to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and business requirements.
- Perform advanced statistical analysis to uncover hidden patterns, trends, and anomalies in the data.
- Present complex analytical findings to executive stakeholders in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
- Automate reporting processes and create ETL pipelines to increase operational efficiency.
- Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies in data science and business intelligence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle) and scripting languages like Python or R.
- Strong proficiency in visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business value.
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a strong plus.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a strong focus on data quality and accuracy.
