Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices using Java/Python
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using AWS and Jenkins
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and architecture sessions
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
- Automate testing infrastructure (Selenium, JUnit) to maintain 99.9% uptime
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Strong proficiency in at least one JVM language (Java/Kotlin preferred)
- Experience with event-driven architectures and messaging queues
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent technical degree
