- Mentor 3+ engineers through code reviews and architecture planning
- Collaborate with Product teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Automate testing frameworks achieving 95%+ test coverage
- Drive DevOps initiatives for infrastructure-as-code (Terraform)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in CS or equivalent with 5+ years backend development
- Expertise in distributed systems and microservices architecture
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization
- Strong Agile/Scrum experience with Jira/Git workflows
- Advanced knowledge of RESTful APIs and event-driven patterns
- Proven track record of mentoring junior engineers
