Responsibilities
- Design and implement cloud-native microservices using Go and Python
- Mentor 2-3 junior engineers through code reviews and technical workshops
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using AWS DevOps tools
- Architect solutions for 10M+ user scalability challenges
- Drive technical debt reduction initiatives with quarterly improvement sprints
- Collaborate with product teams on API-first feature development
- Contribute to engineering culture through tech talks and hackathons
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years building production-grade distributed systems
- Expertise in Go, Python, and containerized deployments
- Strong background in AWS/GCP infrastructure and Terraform
- Proven experience mentoring engineering teams
- Proficiency in event-driven architecture patterns
- Experience with fintech or high-transaction systems preferred
