Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust, scalable backend services using Java/Python
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers on best practices
- Optimize system performance and ensure high availability for cloud-native applications
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Architect CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code using AWS/GCP
- Contribute to technical strategy and architectural decisions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software development with strong fundamentals in data structures and algorithms
- Expertise in at least one JVM language (Java/Kotlin) and one scripting language (Python/Ruby)
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong background in microservices architecture and RESTful API design
- Experience with agile methodologies and test-driven development
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical field
