Responsibilities
- Design and implement distributed systems using AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda)
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers on best practices
- Optimize system performance for 99.99% availability and scalability
- Develop CI/CD pipelines using AWS DevOps tools
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Contribute to open-source projects and AWS service innovations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Expertise in at least one modern programming language (Java, Python, or Go)
- Proven experience with microservices architecture and containerization
- AWS certification (AWS Certified Solutions Architect preferred)
- Strong problem-solving skills with algorithm/data structures knowledge
- Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks
