Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable microservices using Go/Python
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization with AWS/GitLab
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Contribute to open-source projects aligned with company goals
- Define technical roadmaps for cloud infrastructure modernization
- Drive performance optimization across distributed systems
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in backend development with cloud platforms
- Expertise in containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and serverless
- Strong proficiency in at least two modern programming languages
- Proven experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Portfolio demonstrating complex system design contributions
