Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices using Java/Spring Boot and Go
- Lead cloud infrastructure optimization on AWS/GCP with Terraform
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Drive CI/CD pipeline improvements using Jenkins and Docker
- Develop RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints with performance tuning
- Contribute to technical strategy and architectural decisions
- Partner with Product teams to deliver user-centric features
- Implement robust security practices and compliance measures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of backend/full-stack development experience
- Expertise in Java, Go, and cloud-native architectures
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and event-driven patterns
- Proficiency with CI/CD tools and containerization (Docker/K8s)
- Experience with database design (SQL/NoSQL) and caching strategies
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Agile/Scrum methodology familiarity
