Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices architecture using Go/Python
- Lead cloud-native deployments on AWS/GCP with Kubernetes
- Optimize system performance for 10M+ daily transactions
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and tech talks
- Drive DevOps excellence via CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Contribute to open-source projects and internal innovation labs
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in distributed systems development
- Expertise in at least one modern backend language (Go/Java/Python)
- Proven track record with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Strong fundamentals in algorithms and data structures
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins/GitLab CI/Terraform)
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
