Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices architecture using Go and Python
- Optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS/GCP for 99.99% uptime
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specs
- Develop CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Kubernetes
- Contribute to open-source projects and technical documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in production-level software development
- Expertise in distributed systems and cloud-native architectures
- Strong proficiency in Go, Python, or similar backend languages
- Experience with event-driven design and message queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ)
- Proficient in containerization (Docker) and orchestration (K8s)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of shipping enterprise-scale products
