Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
- Develop and maintain dashboards (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Perform statistical analysis and modeling to support business decision-making and forecasting.
- Collaborate with department heads to define data requirements and implement data governance standards.
- Generate comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings to non-technical audiences.
- Identify process improvements and opportunities for operational efficiency through data analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL (Querying, Joins, Stored Procedures) and experience with Excel (Advanced functions, PivotTables).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Google Data Studio.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
