Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance distributed systems serving 10M+ users
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical leadership
- Architect cloud-native solutions using AWS/GCP and microservices patterns
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and optimize deployment efficiency
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Drive innovation through prototyping and POC development for emerging technologies
- Own system reliability and performance optimization initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in production-grade software development
- Expertise in Java/Python/Go and modern frameworks (React, Spring, Django)
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/K8s)
- Proven experience with distributed systems and scalable architecture design
- Proficiency in database technologies (SQL/NoSQL) and caching strategies
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
