Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable microservices using Go and AWS
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization for Kubernetes environments
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and design reviews
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
- Implement security best practices and conduct thorough code reviews
- Contribute to open-source projects and internal developer tooling
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in production-grade backend development
- Expertise in Go, Python, or Java with distributed systems knowledge
- AWS/GCP certification or equivalent cloud architecture experience
- Proven track record of mentoring engineering teams
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and event-driven architecture
- Experience with Terraform and infrastructure-as-code principles
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
