Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices using Java, Python, and Kubernetes
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using AWS and Terraform
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Conduct architectural reviews and performance tuning
- Drive innovation through hackathons and tech talks
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in distributed systems development
- Expertise in at least two modern programming languages
- Strong AWS/GCP infrastructure knowledge
- Proven experience with CI/CD and containerization
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
