Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- System Optimization: Analyze existing systems to identify bottlenecks, optimize performance, and ensure high availability and low latency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define features and deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; participate in rigorous code reviews to enforce best practices.
- Troubleshooting: Debug complex issues in development and production environments, providing timely resolutions to ensure business continuity.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers, conduct technical architecture discussions, and contribute to the engineering team's strategic vision.
- DevOps Integration: Implement CI/CD pipelines and automation tools to streamline the deployment process.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with a focus on web or cloud-based applications.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Languages: Proficiency in at least two of the following: Java, Python, C#, or Go.
- Frontend Skills: Strong experience with JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular.
- Cloud Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud platforms, specifically AWS or Azure, and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Database Skills: Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and debugging skills with a passion for writing efficient, scalable code.
